I've been a CrossFit athlete since 2011 and received my L1 Certification in 2015.
Prior to starting CrossFit I was diagnosed by my doctor as being morbidly obese at 375lbs. My blood pressure was off the charts and I had type 2 diabetes. Since my "wake up call" I have lost 100lbs, my blood pressure has improved, I am no longer diabetic and I have gotten stronger and faster.
I passionately believe functional fitness is key to a positive and healthy lifestyle. I am very eager to pass on my learned knowledge and continue to expand my learning on becoming an elite coach and athlete. My #1 goal is to inspire others to create positive changes in their lives and the lives of those around them while having fun doing so.
