We know how hard it was for you to regain your health and fitness levels upon your return to the gym after the Covid pandemic that shut us down for 3 months. You realized that working out at home wasn’t easy or sustainable and our nutrition went down the drain as well. Some of you are not fully back at 100% pre-Covid but are definitely closer than we were in the middle of June.
We are fortunate enough to have a gym to come to and use the 1-hour as an amazing outlet for work, family, and the stressors of life. You know what it can do for your mental and physical well-being. For that our entire staff thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. But many people you know do not not have the same luxury of having their gym open right now. The best thing you can do is show them how much you care about them and share your Turnbull experience with them.
Nothing says love more than seeing your friends and family as happy and healthy as you. Whether it’s your friends, family members, or coworkers we want to help the people in your inner circle live a better life. You all know someone with Diabetes, a person who has gained weight and can’t get rid of it, someone with never ending stress, or someone that has always wanted to try CrossFit but is too nervous to. Now is the best time to invite them in.

Covid isn’t going anywhere anytime soon and we as a community must prepare ourselves to fight it off if need be. The best way to combat this is by being in the best physical shape as possible. I have seen you prepare your body for that and I know we can do that for your inner circle.
